Our Adult Program provides excellent physical and mental training, with benefits that include:
- Personal instruction-classes limited to a maximum of 10 students
- Great overall workout-flexibility, strength, coordination, and cardiovascular capacity
- Physical fitness or strength not required to begin training
- Cooperative atmosphere allows you to overcome self-consciousness
- Instructor and classmates foster a motivating and encouraging atmosphere
- Redirect negative energy (stress) toward positive physical and mental goals
- Creativity through coordinated physical movement
When beginning Tae Kwon Do, or any undertaking, you may experience some initial confusion. This is to be expected until you are more conscious of your goals and abilities, as well as the dynamics of the new environment. A fixed schedule of training is desirable at the onset of your study. For example, if you attend class twice per week, it is wise to choose two specific days/times and attend class at those times only. Even though you are welcome to attend alternate times, your body will respond better to a regular training schedule.
